Parish Council Meetings

All meetings start at 7.00pm and shall be held at Allhallows Centre, Fletchertown, CA7 1BS.

The Annual Parish Meeting is generally held on the 1st Wednesday in May of each year unless advertised differently, where the Parish Council report to the community.

Meetings are normally held at 7pm at Allhallows Centre, Fletchertown.  Additional meetings are held as necessary. The dates, venue and time are published on the Parish Council notice boards and on this website.

The Parish Council meetings are open to the public.  Parishioners can raise issues and discuss them in open forum with the councillors present.  The County Councillor, Borough Councillor and the local Police are also invited to attend.
