Allhallows Parish Council

The Parish of Allhallows Annual Meeting was held in the Allhallows Centre, Fletchertown, Wigton on Wednesday 2nd May 2012 at 7.00pm.

PRESENT: Messrs. M. Abbott, G. Thompson, D. A. Tinnion and  A. Turner.

Also Present: T. Gear  

Apologies were received from S. Read, L. Douglas, J. Mansfield and S. Barton

MINUTES

On the proposal of DA Tinnion and seconded by G. Thompson it was RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on 11th May 2011 be approved and signed as a correct record.

CHAIRMAN’S REPORT

The Chairman presented her report on the work of the Parish Council during the past 12 months. (Copy attached). She also thanked her fellow Councillors and Clerk for their support and assistance during the past year. A vote of thanks was also made on behalf of the Council to the Chairman.
