Allhallows Parish Council

The Parish of Allhallows Annual Meeting was held in the Allhallows Centre, Fletchertown, Wigton on Tuesday 18th May 2019 at 7.00pm.

PRESENT: Messrs. M. Abbott, J. Mansfield, R. Bowness, and M. Bowness.

Also, Present: T. Gear (Clerk) Ms. Faulder and Mrs. J Pegler (Resident)

MINUTES

On the proposal of R. Bowness and seconded by J. Mansfield it was RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on 8th May 2019 be approved and the Notice of Cancellation of the meeting which was to be held on 6th May 2020 be signed as a correct record.

CHAIRMAN’S REPORT

The Chairman presented her report on the work of the Parish Council during the past 24 months. (copy attached). She also thanked her fellow Councillors and Clerk for their support and assistance during the past two years. A vote of thanks was also made to the Chairman on behalf of the Council.
