The Parish Council based on the budget set a precept of £9500 less the CTR    grant in 2017/18 and £9500 in 2018/19. The variation is due to there being no CTR grant in 2018/19.

                        In 2017/18 the council received a total VAT reclaim of £2583 whereas in 2018/19 it only received £185 which accounts for the difference.
