Allhallows Parish Council

The Parish of Allhallows Annual Meeting was held in the Allhallows Centre, Fletchertown, Wigton on Wednesday 2nd May 2018 at 7.00pm.

PRESENT: Messrs. M. Abbott, J. Mansfield, R. Bowness, L. Greenhow and G. Edmondson

Also, Present: T. Gear (Clerk).

Apologies:  G Thompson, S. Barton, J. Lister (County Councillor), B. Finlay (also Borough Councillor) and D. Wilson (Borough Councillor)

MINUTES

On the proposal of R. Bowness and seconded by J. Mansfield it was RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on 3rd May 2017 be approved and signed as a correct record.

CHAIRMAN’S REPORT

The Chairman presented her report on the work of the Parish Council during the past 12 months. (copy attached). She also thanked her fellow Councillors and Clerk for their support and assistance during the past year. A vote of thanks was also made to the Chairman on behalf of the Council.
