Allhallows Parish Council

The Parish of Allhallows Annual Meeting was held in the Allhallows Centre, Fletchertown, Wigton on Wednesday 1st May 2013 at 7.00pm.

PRESENT: Messrs. M. Abbott, J. Mansfield, D. A. Tinnion, R. Bowness and S. Barton.

Also Present: T. Gear (Clerk)

Apologies were received from A. Turner and G. Thompson

MINUTES

On the proposal of S. Barton and seconded by DA Tinnion it was RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on 2nd May 2012 be approved and signed as a correct record.

CHAIRMAN’S REPORT

The Chairman presented her report on the work of the Parish Council during the past 12 months. (Copy attached). She also thanked her fellow Councillors and Clerk for their support and assistance during the past year. A vote of thanks was also made on behalf of the Council to the Chairman.
