Allhallows Parish Council
The Annual Meeting of the Allhallows Parish Council was to be held in the Allhallows Centre, Fletchertown, Aspatria on Wednesday 6th May 2020 at 7.30pm.
However due to the Covid 19 Pandemic (Coronavirus) and The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020 the meeting was cancelled. The effect being that the Chair (Councillor Margaret Abbott) and Vice Chair (Ricky Bowness) will remain in post until May 2021.
The Accounts and Audit (Coronavirus ) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 amends the deadline by which the Annual Governance Statement and Statement of Accounts of the Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) together with any certificate or opinion issued by the local auditor must be published from 30th September 2020 to 30th November 2020.
