A meeting of the Parish Council will be held in the Allhallows Centre, Fletchertown, Wigton on Wednesday 5th July 2017 at 7.30pm. The agenda is printed below and I hope you will be able to attend.

(i) Register of Interests: Councillor’s are reminded of the need to update their register of interests.
(ii) To declare any personal interests in any item on the agenda and their nature.

To consider the overgrown hedges at the above location

To discuss the provision of a map of all the houses in Baggrow for the benefit of the emergency services and visitors.
18. Lay By – Pine Grove
To consider making a request to Highways for the provision of a lay by at Pine Grove.
19. Polling Booth
To consider making representations to Allerdale Borough Council regarding the provision of a lightweight polling booth at Allhallows Centre
20. Electoral Review of Allerdale
To receive the Boundary Commissions final recommendations
21. Progress Reports
To receive a report on the projects in hand and to consider future projects
